You will need a trip to the store for ingredients, a coffee grinder (or blender) and a sequence of actions. The key factor in the success of the mixture is thousands of the smallest particles of hemp seeds, corn, oatmeal and other ingredients. You need:

• blender or coffee grinder
• White bread
• oat flakes
• hemp seeds
• pellets
• canned corn
• condensed milk

Instructions

1. Take a piece of bread, grind it in a coffee grinder (mixer) and pour it into a container.

2. Now we repeat the process with hemp seeds (prepared in advance). The resulting mass is added to the container.
