Salad with squid
A recipe for squid salad that everyone can handle! A very tasty and easy-to-prepare salad is ideal for festive evenings with friends or family!
Boil eggs
We hard boil 4 eggs. (the photo shows 12 eggs because we were preparing another salad)
We process the squid
Put each squid carcass in boiling water for 15 seconds and pull it out. Wash thoroughly under running water.
Do not forget to remove the chitin plate from the middle of the squid.
Dip the squid again
Immerse the squid in salted boiling water for 20 seconds. (1 tablespoon of salt per 1.5 liters of water)
Fry the mushrooms
Cut the champignons, fry them in a pan with butter. During frying, pepper and salt to taste.
Cool the fried mushrooms
After frying, let the mushrooms stand for 10-20 minutes.
Cut the eggs
We press 4 boiled eggs using a special tool for slicing eggs.
We put mushrooms
We put our fried mushrooms on top. Next comes the turn for boiled squid.
Cut the squid
Cut 3 squids.
We lay out the squid
Put the chopped squid in a bowl with the salad.
Cut the parsley
Cut a small bunch of parsley and put it in a bowl with salad.
Add mayonnaise
Add a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix.
