Christmas tree fish sandwiches for the New Year's table

To start, we need toast bread:

1. Cut it, or take ready-made sliced bread
2. Cut off the crusts
3. Cut the bread itself into triangles

Fry the cut triangular slices of bread in butter.

We spread cream cheese on our fried triangles.

We put the red fish on top of the cheese that we spread on the bread pieces.

Cucumber should be cut in half. But then cut a little more, as in the photo. 

Place the sliced cucumber on top of the fish, giving it the shape of a Christmas tree.

All that remains is to put the pomegranate on top and decorate with parsley and pomegranate on the plate. Our sandwiches are ready!
