New Year's salad with shrimp and red fish

We boil potatoes in a uniform.

Preparation of shrimp takes place in only 4 steps:

1. Clean from the shell (do not throw it away);
2. Get rid of the head of the shrimp and immediately wash the heads (do not throw them away);
3. We remove the intestines;
4. Rinse.

But this procedure is not enough, next we need to boil them in brine. First, let's boil the brine.

What should be the brine? Everything is simple:

1. Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a glass of water and mix;
2. Pour it into the container where we will cook it;
3. Add washed heads and shells of shrimp.

Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Next, strain the brine through a sieve.

After straining, put the shrimp in our sauce and boil for just 1 minute.

Then remove from the stove and let cool.

Cut our potatoes into pieces and put them on a plate.

We put our boiled shrimp on top of the potatoes.

Cut the onion and put it on top of the shrimp

Cut the salmon into thin pieces.

We put our red fish on top.

We are preparing a delicious salad dressing.

The filling consists of:

• 3 tbsp. mayonnaise;
• 3 tbsp. fat sour cream;
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
• ground black pepper to taste.

Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Dress our salad with dressing. Next, we move on to grapes.

Lay out seedless grapes, cut in half. 

Sprinkle the salad with "Pecan" nuts.
