Fish in beer batter - a quick recipe in just 3 steps!
Ingredients
Sift the flour and gently add the egg white
We take half a glass of flour (100g) and sift it through a sieve. Next, we take 1 egg, separate the yolks from the whites and add it to the flour.
Add beer and vegetable oil
Do not be alarmed that the batter is very thin.
We fry
Cut the fish into pieces, dip in the batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
