A quick recipe for pike in the oven

Prepare sauce for baking pike:

1. We put 4-5 tablespoons of sour cream in a plate;
2. We put 1 tablespoon of sweet mustard;
3. Next, add a little more than half a teaspoon of salt (but in general, add salt to your taste);
4. Next we put 1 teaspoon of dried garlic;
5. And 1-2 whispers of black pepper;
6. Stir.

We put the peeled pike on the foil, smear it with our sauce both above and below.

After smearing the pike with sauce, wrap it in foil and leave it for several hours in a cold place.

In 20 minutes, you can already turn on the oven at 180 degrees to preheat it.

Before putting the pike in the oven, put a few lemon wedges on the pike.

We send it to our preheated oven for 30 minutes.

After the time is up (30 minutes), open our foil and leave it in the oven for another 15 minutes until the fish is browned.
