Ingredients
Beat the egg whites well with salt
We thoroughly beat the egg whites with salt, add flour, water and mix well. The batter should have the consistency of liquid pancakes.
Cut the fish, dip it in the batter and fry it on both sides
Fry the fish until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce
Fish in any batter can be served with a very tasty garlic sauce, which will perfectly emphasize the taste of the dish.
It is prepared as follows: mix mayonnaise in equal parts with sour cream, add finely chopped garlic, greens and salted cucumber grated on a coarse grater. Mix everything thoroughly and serve the sauce to the fish.
