Types of spinning rods
Spinning can be plug-in, telescopic or solid (one-piece).
Plugs
Plug spinning is the most popular rod among spinners and has a reliable connection. It consists of two parts. They are found in three or four parts (rarely). Has less weight compared to a telescopic rod. The minus of plug rods is the transport length.
Telescopic
Telescopic spinning wheels have a small transport length. Telescopic rods are heavier because they have from 4 to 6 connecting nodes. The disadvantage of telescopic rods is that the knee joints wear out from sand and dirt, which leads to breakage.
Integer
One-piece spinning rods have a short length from 1.7m to 2.4m. Used in:
boat fishing;
shore fishing in difficult conditions.
